Today, we learned that heat can also cause a liquid to turn into a solid!!!
We read a recipe, and made pancakes! We felt the heat from the griddle, saw the liquid pancake mix pour onto the griddle, and then, because of the heat, turn into solid, fluffy, delicious pancakes!!
Science was very yummy today!!
